3:30-4:00 pm	PRESENTATIONS at the STAGE
4:00 pm	CHECK-IN & PRACTICE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. Everyone MUST check in with the Secretary during the REGISTRATION time, even if you are Pre-registered. Otherwise, you will not be included in the running order. Additions will not be made after the Splash has begun.

2. Everyone MUST sign a Liability Waiver ONCE per event!

3. 2008 Fees are $15 for the first dog, $10 for second dog, $5 for any remaining dogs in a family, per activity, unless otherwises indicated.

4. Please, pay at the event in cash or check. We do not take credit cards. We do not take payments before the event, in order to save spots. Your spot will be saved just be pre-registering.

5. An automatic confirmation will open when you hit "Submit" on the form below.

6. If there are any errors or changes in your submitted form, please complete a new form. I will use the most recently submitted form.
