How To Register

For a complete list of 2008 UAD Events, please click on the "2008 Event Schedule" button to your left.

Event Registration will open approximately one month prior to the first day of said event.

To pre-register, click on the Button to the left which identifies the specific event of your choice. On the Event page you will find event information, a complete schedule and the Registration Form at the bottom. Complete the form and hit "SUBMIT" to complete your pre-registration.
 
A Confirmation Page will automatically open, when your Registration has been submitted. Please, print this as documentation that you have pre-registered.
 
If for some reason a Confirmation Page does not open on your computer,
please send an e-mail to MaraLee at  
UltimateAirDog@yahoo.com .

As long as that e-mail is received while the event is still open, 
I will put your dog in the activities you wanted.

Please note that all competitors MUST check in with the Event Secretary at the Registration Desk during the designated Registration Period.
Everyone MUST sign one liability waiver per event.

The Registration Desk will close approximately 30 MINUTES BEFORE any activity.
If you have not checked in by this time, you will not be added in later.

A mandatory JUDGE'S MEETING will take place near the dock approximately 15 MINUTES BEFORE any activity. Please, pay close attention to your name when the Judge reads the Running Order.

Dogs will be divided into Groups of approximately 10-15 dogs, as we see fit.
We will begin with Group One. Each dog in the group will take its first jump in turn. Then, each dog in that same group will take its second jump.

Then, we move on to the next group of dogs. Jump, Repeat...

PLEASE, ONLY ONE DOG OFF LEAD AT A TIME!!!!
This is an extremely important safety issue. As a Handler, it is your responsibility to make certain that the dog in front of you is back on lead, before you take your dog off lead.

After the Activity has concluded the Registration Desk will remain closed while the Event Secretary is inputting scores into the computer. It is critical that he or she not be disturbed at this time, as interruptions may cause errors in transcribing the scores.

Please, if you have a question at this time, find another UAD Staff member to help you or wait until the Event Secretary is done and opens the desk again.

After an event, scores will be posted on this web-site. A target time for this is about a week, but that may not always be achievable.
