 HOW TO PRE-REGISTER FOR AN EVENT
 
1. Each event has a REGISTRATION OPENING DATE
posted on the Event List. 
ON-LINE PRE-REGISTRATION may open at ANYTIME on that day.

2. Hover over the tab titled, "EVENT," in the Navigational Bar on the left.
A list of open events will drop down.
Click on the event for which you want to PRE-REGISTER.

3. Complete the PRE-REGISTRATION FORM at the bottom of the EVENT PAGE.
Click on the button labeled, "SUBMIT." 
The THANK YOU page will open.
(Please, make sure that you provide a correct E-mail Address.
Otherwises, you will not receive a CONFIRMATION.)

4. If the "THANK YOU" page does not open when you hit "SUBMIT"
on the PRE-REGISTRATION FORM, your form was not submitted.
Don't panic. It will be okay. 
Just send an e-mail to UltimateAirDog@yahoo.com ,
 explaining what happened.
We will do your PRE-REGISTRATION by e-mail, if necessary.

5. CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE E-MAILED UP TO 10 DAYS AFTER YOUR ENTRY.


6. For any questions concerning Event Pre-registration or to PULL OUTor CHANGE your entry, please e-mail MaraLee at UltimateAirDog@yahoo.com .

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

2011 FEES*
JUMP FEES are $15 per Splash, Fetch-It or Catch-It,
if you are PRE-REGISTERED.
JUMP FEES for those who sign up at the event and are not PRE-REGISTERED will be $20 per Splash, Fetch-It or 
Catch-It.     

There is an additional $5 UKC PROCESSING FEE per score that you want turned into the UKC.
Please, pay at the event in cash or check.
Sorry, we do not take credit cards.

*Please, note that these prices will change when we upgrade to our new web-site,
estimated to launch in late 2011.

CONFIRMATIONS
When registering for an event, a THANK YOU Page will automatically open after you hit "Submit" at the bottom of the form. This is how you know that your form has been submitted.

Within a week, you be e-mailed a CONFIRMATION from us.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
1. Everyone MUST check-in with the Secretary during the CHECK-IN time for EACH activity on the event schedule, even if you have registered. Otherwise, you will not be included in the running order. Additions will not be made after the activity has begun.

2. Everyone MUST sign a Liability Waiver ONCE per event, the first time that they check-in.

UKC PROGRAM
If you are participating in our UKC program, you must submit your UKC# at EACH event. Otherwises, your dog may not receive points for your jumps.
