Hotel Recomendation: Baymont Mayfield Heights Depending on the room, the cost will be either $69 a night or $79 a night. if you say that you are with UAD. These rates are guaranteed until August 12th. This is a pet friendly hotel. This hotel is about 5 miles from the event.

Please, know that pulling out is fine!
THERE IS NO FEE TO PULL OUT OF AN EVENT.
If you are uncertain of whether or not you can make an event,
please, register to save your spot...
then, just pull out, if you cannot make it.
We are only concerned with the dogs who do not show up and whose owners do not contact us!

There will now be a $5 NO SHOW FEE per dog, per Splash, Fetch or Catch it round
that you are a NO SHOW at, due before jumping at your next event.
For each NO SHOW there is one dog who did not jump!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

2010 FEES
2010 JUMP FEES are $15 per Splash, Fetch or Catch, unless otherwises indicated for special events, like the Ultimate Air Games.
There is an additional $5 UKC PROCESSING FEE per score that you want turned into the UKC, including any Finals.
Please, pay at the event in cash or check.
Sorry, we do not take credit cards.

CONFIRMATIONS
When registering for an event, a THANK YOU Page will automatically open after you hit "Submit" at the bottom of the form. This is how you know that your form has been submitted.

Within a week, you be e-mailed a CONFIRMATION from
UltimateAirDog@yahoo.com .

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
1. Everyone MUST check-in with the Secretary during the CHECK-IN time for EACH activity on the event schedule, even if you have registered. Otherwise, you will not be included in the running order. Additions will not be made after the activity has begun.

2. Everyone MUST sign a Liability Waiver ONCE per event, the first time that they check-in.

UKC PROGRAM
If you are participating in our UKC program, you must submit your UKC# at EACH event. Otherwises, your dog may not receive points for your jumps.

UAD/UKC EVENT

This UAD Event will count towards
UKC Dock Jumping Titles. IF your dog's UKC# is provided to us. (This must be done at each event. UKC Dock Jumping Points will no longer be given retroactively.)

Dogs do not have to be registered with the UKC to jump
in this UAD event!

Registration with the UKC gives you access to all their performance events: obedience, agility, hunt tests, etc.!

Participations in the UAD-UKC Title Program is not mandatory. It is not necessary for your dog to be UKC registered in order to register for or participate in a UAD Event.

ALL dogs will still earn annual UAD Titles, at all UAD Events (not Demos), which are different than UKC Titles. UKC Titles count for the lifetime of the dog and are recorded on the dog's registration.
UAD Titles are given annually.
