ALL OF OUR EVENTS ARE UKC SANCTIONED. IF YOUR DOG IS NOT REGISTERED WITH THE UKC, BUT YOU WOULD LIKE MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE SEE THE UKC WEB SITE.  ALL RECORDED JUMPS MUST BE PAID FOR AT EVENT CHECK-IN. REMEMBER, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $5 RECORDING FEE (PER SCORE) SENT TO THE UKC. REGISTERING IS FAST AND EASY, BUT IS NOT REQUIRED. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE REGISTERED BY THE UKC TO COMPETE IN ANY OF OUR EVENTS!

PLEASE NOTE:
All competitors MUST check in with the Event Secretary at the Registration Desk
for each activity during the designated Registration Period.
Everyone MUST sign 1 liability waiver per event.

The Registration Desk will close approximately 30 MINUTES BEFORE any activity.
If you have not checked in by this time, you will not be added to the activity.

A JUDGE'S MEETING will take place near the dock approximately 15 MINUTES BEFORE any activity.
Please, pay close attention to your name when the Judge reads the Running Order.

Dogs will be divided into Groups of approximately 10-15 dogs, as we see fit.
We will begin with Group 1. Each dog in the group will take 2 jumps - back to back.

Then, we move on to the next group of dogs. Jump, Repeat...

PLEASE, ONLY ONE DOG OFF LEAD AT A TIME!!!!
This is an extremely important safety issue.
As a Handler, it is your responsibility to make certain that the dog in front of you is back on lead,
before you take your dog off lead.

After the Activity has concluded, the Registration Desk will remain closed
while the Event Secretary is entering scores into the computer.
He or she must not be disturbed at this time,
as interruptions may cause errors in transcribing the scores.

If you have a question at this time, please find another UAD Staff member to help you,
or wait until the Event Secretary is done, and opens the desk again.

After an event, scores will be posted on this Web site.
A target time for this is about a week, but that may not always be achievable,
especially during our busy Summer jumping season.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

2011 FEES*
JUMP FEES are $15 per Splash, Fetch-It or Catch-It,
if you are PRE-REGISTERED.
JUMP FEES for those who sign up at the event and are not PRE-REGISTERED will be $20 per Splash, Fetch-It or 
Catch-It.     

There is an additional $5 UKC PROCESSING FEE per score that you want turned into the UKC.
Please, pay at the event in cash or check.
Sorry, we do not take credit cards.

*Please, note that these prices will change when we upgrade to our new web-site,
estimated to launch in late 2011.

CONFIRMATIONS
When registering for an event, a THANK YOU Page will automatically open after you hit "Submit" at the bottom of the form. This is how you know that your form has been submitted.

Within a week, you be e-mailed a CONFIRMATION from us.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
1. Everyone MUST check-in with the Secretary during the CHECK-IN time for EACH activity on the event schedule, even if you have registered. Otherwise, you will not be included in the running order. Additions will not be made after the activity has begun.

2. Everyone MUST sign a Liability Waiver ONCE per event, the first time that they check-in.

UKC PROGRAM
If you are participating in our UKC program, you must submit your UKC# at EACH event. Otherwises, your dog may not receive points for your jumps.

UAD/UKC EVENT


This UAD Event will count towards
UKC Dock Jumping Titles. IF your dog's UKC# is provided to us. (This must be done at each event. UKC Dock Jumping Points will no longer be given retroactively.)

Dogs do not have to be registered with the UKC to jump
in this UAD event!

 Participations in the UAD-UKC Title Program is not mandatory. It is not necessary for your dog to be UKC registered in order to register for or participate in a UAD Event.

ALL dogs will still earn annual UAD Titles, at all UAD Events (not Demos), which are different than UKC Titles. UKC Titles count for the lifetime of the dog and are recorded on the dog's registration.
UAD Titles are given annually.
