Event Registration will open approximately SIX WEEKS PRIOR to an event.
To pre-register, click on the Button to the left which identifies the event of your choice.
On that page you will find event information, a complete schedule and the Registration Form at the bottom. Complete the form and hit "SUBMIT" to pre-register.
A Confirmation Page will open automatically,
when your Registration has been submitted.

2008 ACTIVITY FEES
Per each activity, $15 for the first dog,
$10 for second dog,
$5 for any remaining dogs in a family,
unless otherwises indicated.
Payment will be due during Check-in at the event.
We prefer on-site payment, because it removes any issue over refunds. We at UAD realize that "Life Happens." Dogs are living beings susceptible to illness. We want you to put your dog's best interest first, always. Also, some bitches may unexpectedly come into season. Thus, they will not be allowed at the event.
We only request that you send an e-mail to UltimateAirDog@yahoo.com , if you are unable to attend, so that your spot may be given to the next available dog.
You only pay, if you are present to jump.
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
