To Pre-register for an event, click on the Button in the box to the left with that event's name on it. (Events are towards the bottom.) Once open, you will find event information, a complete schedule and the Registration Form at the bottom. Complete the form and hit "SUBMIT" to pre-register.
When the Confirmation Page opens, your Registration has been submitted.

2008 ACTIVITY FEES
Per each activity, $15 for the first dog, $10 for second dog, $5 for any remaining dogs in a family, unless otherwises indicated.
Demos are FREE!
Payment will be due during Check-in at the event, by cash or check.
Sorry, we cannot accept credit cards..
We prefer on-site payment, because it removes any issue over refunds. We at UAD realize that "Life Happens." Dogs are living beings susceptible to illness. We want you to put your dog's best interest first, always. Also, some bitches may unexpectedly come into season. Thus, they will not be allowed at the event.
We only request that you send an e-mail to UltimateAirDog@yahoo.com , if you are unable to attend, so that your spot may be given to the next available dog.
